BJP MLA lands alone for party protest at Congress office, gets pelted with eggs

BJP MLA BP Harish of Harihar mistakenly arrived alone at the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) office in Bengaluru for a party protest.

Congress workers pelted Harish with eggs and allegedly manhandled him before police intervened and escorted him to safety.

Harish missed the BJP march led by R Ashoka and Chalavadi Narayanaswamy, who had already been detained by police.

Karnataka Congress president BK Hariprasad defended the workers, stating they reacted to prevent BJP members from entering the party office.
