Temple, a wearable technology startup founded by Deepinder Goyal, has introduced an ESOP liquidity programme allowing some early employees to sell up to 25% of their vested stock options.
The programme values Temple at $375 million, nearly double its $190 million post-money valuation from its seed funding round in February 2026.
Around 20 of Temple's 200-220 employees are eligible to participate in the optional programme.
Temple is developing a lightweight wearable device that attaches to the forehead and measures 'Entropy' as an indication of metabolic and sympathetic demands on the body.
The internal memo cited interest from outside investors at a $500 million valuation as Temple considers another funding round.
