DPCC inspections found temporary cattle shelters and grazing bovines in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 and New Friends Colony.

DDA noted that demolition drives had occurred but encroachers returned with cattle.

NGT instructed MCD to examine the issue, take appropriate action, and file a report within six weeks.

DPCC must submit a fresh status report in the same period; next hearing is September 25, 2026.
