CCI celebrates 56th Foundation Day; Minister vows farmer support

The Cotton Corporation of India celebrated its 56th Foundation Day with Union Minister Giriraj Singh.

Giriraj Singh praised CCI for record MSP procurement and reaffirmed government commitment to cotton farmers.

The Kapas Kanti mission (₹5,659 crore) was launched to boost cotton quality and productivity.

MoUs were signed during the event; the Kasturi Cotton Bharat initiative aims to enhance cotton quality and productivity.
