Bombay Shaving Company revenue jumps to Rs 635 Cr in FY26, nears break even

Bombay Shaving Company parent Visage Lines Personal Care Pvt. Ltd. reported 2.4X growth in operating revenue to Rs 635 crore in FY26 from Rs 266 crore in FY25.

The company posted its first-ever positive adjusted EBITDA of Rs 2 crore, driven by strong sales growth.

Sales of men's and women's personal care products through Bombay Shaving Company and Bombae contributed over 91% of operating revenue at Rs 581 crore.

Net loss reduced by 85% to Rs 9 crore in FY26 from Rs 58 crore in FY25.

Bombay Shaving Company raised Rs 136 crore in November 2025 led by Sixth Sense Ventures, preparing for a potential IPO.
