Mumbai woke up to partly cloudy skies and humid weather with no rainfall on Monday morning, as per India Meteorological Department (IMD).

IMD has not issued any weather warning for Mumbai this week, forecasting partly cloudy skies with isolated light rain.

Temperatures are expected between 27°C and 33°C, with high humidity levels.

Mumbai recorded above-average July rainfall by July 9: Santacruz observatory recorded 1,146 mm against an average of 855 mm; Colaba observatory recorded 946 mm against an average of 734 mm.

Mumbai's overall Air Quality Index (AQI) improved to 25, placing it in the 'good' category.
