US names four companies as 'willful violators', bars them from H-1B programme

US Department of Labor added four employers to federal debarment list as willful violators of H-1B programme.

Companies are barred from filing new H-1B applications and Labour Condition Applications for several years.

Action taken by DOL's Wage and Hour Division serves as warning to employers and foreign professionals.
