Huma Qureshi defends Kiara Advani in Toxic backlash

Huma Qureshi called the trolling of Kiara Advani over her intimate scenes with Yash in Toxic's song 'Tabaahi' 'sick, disgusting'.

Qureshi noted Yash, who is also married, did not face similar backlash, and said women in the film will 'have the last laugh'.

Trolls also targeted Kiara's husband, Sidharth Malhotra, on Instagram.

Co-star Benedict Garrett defended Kiara, saying actors are just doing their job and the backlash says more about society.

'Toxic', directed by Geetu Mohandas, releases August 26.
