DLF to expand housing, commercial property biz; cautious eye on macroeconomic situation: Chairman

DLF Chairman Rajiv Singh said the company will expand its residential and commercial real estate verticals while monitoring the macroeconomic situation.

At the 61st annual general meeting, Singh noted DLF celebrated 80 years since its founding in 1946.

In fiscal 2025-26, DLF achieved new sales bookings of ₹20,143 crore and net profit of ₹4,408 crore.

DLF's annuity portfolio stands at about 50 million sq ft and continues to grow.

DLF develops and sells residential properties, and develops and leases commercial and retail properties.
