Owner Kirk Bangstad vowed to fight the revocation, calling it an 'absurd act of heavy-handedness' and plans to appeal by August 4 to continue operations.

The brewery is known for political activism, selling beers like Bernie Brew, Tammy Shandy, and AOC IPA, and had previously offered free beer if Donald Trump died.
