Dave Bautista rumored to play Kratos in God of War series

Dave Bautista is in talks to replace Ryan Hurst as Kratos in the 'God of War' live-action series after Hurst tore his bicep on set.

Production on the series was halted in June due to Hurst's injury, with filming now planned to start mid-October in Vancouver.

Callum Vinson is confirmed to play Atreus in the first season, with an older actor cast for season two.

Bautista's physical fitness and recent action roles, including the 'Highlander' film, make him a top choice for the demanding role.
