Tim David questions Usman Tariq's action, gestures 'no-ball' after dismissal

Tim David questioned Pakistan spinner Usman Tariq's bowling action after being dismissed by him during a men's Hundred match on Friday.

David gestured 'no-ball' and signalled for a review, suggesting the delivery should have been called a no-ball due to Tariq's action.

Tariq's action has been previously reported for a suspect bowling action during the 2024 Pakistan Super League and again in the 2025 PSL.

Australia all-rounder Cameron Green also questioned Tariq's action during the second T20I against Pakistan earlier this year.

According to MCC Law 21.2, a delivery is fair if the ball is not thrown; the elbow must not be straightened above shoulder level.
