Santa Clarita Pointe Fire map, evacuation updates: Blaze threatens homes as warnings issued

The Pointe Fire broke out July 15, 2026 in Santa Clarita, threatening homes near Center Pointe Parkway.

Los Angeles County firefighters are battling the blaze; by 2:45 p.m. it had grown to 30 acres.

An evacuation warning was issued for Center Pointe Parkway; a reunification center opened at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center.

Metrolink service was suspended between Via Princessa and Newhall due to firefighting operations.
