Jeetendra reveals how Ekta's first home purchase shaped real estate journey

Jeetendra bought actor Bharat Bhushan's Pali Hill bungalow for Rs 5.25 lakh on a 3,450 sq m plot.

He later sold flats in a building he built on that plot at Rs 85 per square foot and estimates the land now worth Rs 400–450 crore.
