In Gunjur BDA complex with 868 flats, residents received permanent electricity only in March 2024, but fire and lift clearances are still missing.

Existing fire systems at BDA Indraprastha are non-functional, with pumps inoperative and around 250 fire extinguishers yet to be installed.
