Govt to ensure social security for gig workers via labour codes implementation: Mandaviya

Labour Minister Mandaviya said the government will ensure social security for gig workers through labour codes implementation.

He was responding to a supplementary query during Question Hour in Rajya Sabha.

Mandaviya noted that the gig worker system is a new and emerging system in India.
