Noida authority plans to add 10 electric buses to its city bus fleet next month, expanding the current 50-bus fleet launched on June 12, 2026.
The authority will set up 10 EV charging stations across sectors 62, 38A, 142, 76, 82, 93B, 126, 127, 135, and Phase 2, open to all EV users.
A mobile application will be launched allowing commuters to check routes, track buses in real time, and access schedules.
Smart bus shelters with digital screens displaying route information and arrival timings will be built to improve passenger experience.
The bus service connects key Noida areas with Noida International Airport in Jewar, and the expansion aims to improve connectivity within the city.
