Salman Khan Sells Another Bandra Apartment for Rs 3.5 Crore, Makes Profit After 11 Years

Salman Khan sold a 758 sq ft apartment in Bandra West's Shiv-Asthan Heights for Rs 3.5 crore, registered on July 9, 2026.

The apartment was purchased 11 years ago for Rs 2.88 crore, yielding an estimated gain of Rs 62 lakh before taxes.

This is the second apartment sold in Shiv-Asthan Heights by Salman in two years; in July 2025, he sold a larger 1,318 sq ft apartment for Rs 5.35 crore.

Buyers paid Rs 21 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 registration fee, and the apartment includes two parking spaces.

Salman Khan continues to reside at Galaxy Apartments, Bandstand, while his family's proposal for a residential tower in Chimbai, Bandra, was approved by MCZMA this year.
