Mumbai EOW Registers ₹10.17-Crore Cheating Case Against Infrastructure Firm Metropradhan Infrasolutions &

Mumbai EOW registered an FIR against Metropradhan Infrasolutions Pvt. Ltd. and four officials for allegedly cheating Shivale Infraproducts of ₹10.17 crore.

Metropradhan Infrasolutions failed to pay rental dues of ₹4.29 crore and did not return scaffolding material worth ₹5.88 crore.

The accused allegedly rented the material to other companies and retained the rental income, causing total wrongful loss of ₹10,17,73,857.

FIR was filed under BNS Sections 316(5), 318(4), and 3(5) at MIDC police station, Andheri East.

Those named in the FIR include Kundan Kumar, Babita Shrivastav, Ashish Kumar, and Amar Shrivastav.
