Pimpri-Chinchwad: PCMC Launches Citywide Drive To Prevent Dengue & Malaria During Monsoon; Residents Urged To

PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) launched a citywide drive to prevent dengue and malaria during the monsoon.

The drive includes larvicide spraying, smoke fogging, door-to-door surveys, and public awareness campaigns.

Residents are urged to prevent water stagnation, clean water containers weekly, and keep food covered.

Mayor Ravi Landge and Commissioner Dr Vijay Suryawanshi called for public cooperation and immediate medical attention for fever or symptoms.

PCMC made arrangements for screening and treatment at municipal hospitals and health centers.
