ICICI’s add-on for post-accident hassles

ICICI Lombard has introduced a new add-on to its motor insurance cover that assists the insured during the legal process following an accident.

The company has launched an industry-first roadside assistance programme with a 30 minute response time across India.

The roadside assistance programme includes services such as battery charging and vehicle towing.
