Joint Russia-US crew returns to Earth after 241-day mission on ISS

Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft carried Russian cosmonauts Sergei Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikayev, and US astronaut Christopher Williams back to Earth.

The crew landed near Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan, after a 241-day mission on the International Space Station (ISS).

It was the first space mission for Christopher Williams and Sergei Mikayev, and the second for Sergei Kud-Sverchkov.

The crew launched on November 27, 2025, and landed on July 26, 2026, at 1:27 pm Moscow time.
