Online gaming firms seek SC review of 28% GST, retrospective tax

Online gaming firms Play Games24x7 and Junglee Games have moved the Supreme Court.

They seek a review of the May 27 judgment upholding the 28% GST levy on online gaming.

The judgment also rejected challenges to retrospective tax demands.
