NovaGold to Buy Billionaire Paulson’s Stake in Alaska Gold Mine

NovaGold Resources Inc. agreed to acquire John Paulson’s 40% stake in the Donlin Gold project in Alaska.

The acquisition gives NovaGold full ownership of the giant undeveloped gold mine.

John Paulson is a billionaire investor who held the stake.
