Surendra Gadling's Bail Plea: Third Judge Recuses in Supreme Court

Advocate Surendra Gadling's bail plea in the 2016 Surjagarh arson case was mentioned in the Supreme Court after a third judge recused from hearing it.

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal requested a new bench for the appeal against the Bombay High Court's order.

Gadling has been in jail since 2018.
