Delhi HC dismisses PIL on BNS hit-and-run law, says govt's domain

Delhi High Court dismissed a PIL seeking enforcement of Section 106(2) of BNS, the new hit-and-run law.

The court ruled that deciding when to notify a law is the Central Government's exclusive domain.

The court refused to intervene, calling the plea devoid of merit.
