CJP rules out political plunge, to chart roadmap at first core committee meeting

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke ruled out converting the outfit into a political party, keeping it a people's movement.

The first core committee meeting is set for Wednesday in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar to discuss future course, expansion, and issues.

CJP was formed in May 2026 as an online satirical platform after Chief Justice of India Surya Kant's 'cockroaches' remark.

The outfit led a sit-in at Jantar Mantar from June 20, demanding education minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation over NEET paper leak.

Pradhan resigned on July 25, and CJP called off the protest after government assurances.
