Gurugram real estate: ‘No cancellations in Gurugram project; customers have refused deposit refunds,’ says Oberoi Realty

Oberoi Realty has seen no cancellations in its Gurugram project Three Sixty North despite Punjab and Haryana High Court restraining fresh allotments.

Customers who paid Expression of Interest (EOI) deposits have refused refunds and opted to stay on the waitlist, hoping for cancellations.

Oberoi Realty's CMD Vikas Oberoi stated the company is pushing customers to take refunds as it has no flats to offer.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court order in July did not stay construction or affect concluded sales, according to Oberoi Realty.

Three Sixty North is Oberoi Realty's first residential project in Delhi-NCR, launched on June 29 with an investment of around ₹6,000 crore and expected revenue of nearly ₹16,000 crore.
