Ekta leases out Juhu property for Rs 1.5 lakh per month

Producer Ekta Kapoor has leased a floor in her Juhu property, Ekta House, for Rs 1.5 lakh per month.

The lease agreement runs from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2027, and includes one dedicated car parking space.

The agreement was officially registered on July 28, 2026, with postdated cheques covering the entire duration.

In 2021, Ekta Kapoor leased another floor in the same building for Rs 2.7 lakh per month under a 24-month agreement.

The Kapoor family recently sold a Worli apartment for Rs 12.25 crore in June 2025 and an Andheri land parcel for Rs 855 crore in May 2025.
