Haryana launches online system for digitally certified land records

Haryana government launched an online system for digitally certified land records including jamabandi, mutation, fard badar, and registered sale deeds.

Financial commissioner, revenue, Sumita Misra operationalised the new module on the revenue department portal, enabling access via OTP-authenticated login with a registered mobile number.

Applicants submit requests by selecting document and entering district, tehsil, and village; each application gets a unique tracking ID and is forwarded to the concerned patwari or revenue official for verification.

After approval and online fee payment, the digitally certified document is automatically generated and available for download from the applicant's dashboard.

Uniform fees: ₹100 for certified copies of mutation, registered sale deed, and fard badar; for jamabandi, ₹100 for first 10 pages and ₹5 per page thereafter.
