ACC Approves One-Year Extension For Railway Board Chairman & CEO Satish Kumar

Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved one-year extension for Satish Kumar as Chairman and CEO of Railway Board.

Satish Kumar is a retired 1986-batch Indian Railway Management Service officer.

Extension effective from September 1, 2026, on contractual re-employment basis.

Terms and conditions remain unchanged until further orders or expiry of extension.
