Vivek Oberoi fails to respond in personality rights case: Report

Defendants argued the injunction was used to block content unrelated to personality rights, including news reports about allegations involving a company associated with Oberoi.

The High Court appointed advocate Rohan J. Alva as amicus curiae and listed the interim injunction application for August 17.
