Bengaluru teenager leaves home after fight over fish, traced four days later

A 13-year-old boy from Bengaluru left home after being scolded and beaten by his father for bringing home aquarium fish; he was traced four days later.

The boy went missing from his south Bengaluru home on July 27 after his father slapped him twice for spending money on fish instead of studying; the boy had stolen Rs 200 from his father.

The class 7 student was traced Friday at his grandmother's house in Jayanagar after calling his mother from a stranger's phone; he was reunited with his family.
