Nashik: Citilinc Employees Threaten Strike In 30 Days Over Pending PF Dues, Benefits And Recruitment Inquiry

  1. Sudhakar Badgujar, President of the Municipal Corporation Employees' Union, warned of a strike if Citilinc employees' demands are not met within 30 days.

  2. The union demands settlement of pending Provident Fund (PF) dues, bonuses, uniforms, raincoats, jackets, shoes, insurance, Dearness Allowance (DA), holiday pay, and gratuity.

  3. They also demand an eight-hour workday and an impartial inquiry into recruitment for Manager and Traffic Controller positions after 2025.

  4. The union alleges no concrete action was taken despite a meeting on July 15.

  5. In a memorandum, the union warns that the administration will be held responsible for the work stoppage if demands are not met.
