Social media companies must use technical measures to identify child users and ensure age-appropriate content.

Platforms must provide the highest privacy protection for child accounts and proactively detect harmful content such as violence, pornography, and suicide.

The draft also limits under-16s to 60 minutes of gameplay per day across games from the same company.
