Three Instagram accounts face FIR over 'derogatory' posts targeting Rahul Gandhi

Bengaluru Cyber Crime Police registered an FIR against three Instagram accounts for allegedly sharing defamatory and offensive content targeting Rahul Gandhi.

The FIR names the account 'ground.reality_india' for posting a 30-second video on July 16 with derogatory remarks, and 'raashtravaadhi2' and 'manvithamanojsamanvi' for provocative comments.

The complaint was filed by a member of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) legal cell, alleging the content was intended to tarnish Rahul Gandhi's reputation.

Cyber police inspector G Suresh said three separate cases were registered and digital evidence is being collected to trace the account holders.
