Elitecon appoints promoters directors, stock jumps 3%

Elitecon International appointed promoter Shri Vipin Sharma as Executive Additional Director effective July 22, 2026.

Sharma returns to an executive role after stepping down in April 2026 to lead the company's operational revival.

Shri Pradeep Kumar was also appointed as Executive Additional Director; he brings over 23 years of experience in construction and infrastructure.

The appointments are part of Elitecon International's efforts to strengthen leadership as it resumes banking operations.

Elitecon International share price rose 3.16% to Rs 16.00 following the announcement.
