SA20 2027 fixtures announced, defending champions Sunrisers take on Ganguly's Pretoria Capitals in opener

SA20 Season 5 will begin on 17 January 2027 at St George's Park in Gqeberha with defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape facing Pretoria Capitals.

The Final will be held at Newlands in Cape Town on 21 February 2027.

Pretoria Capitals appointed Sourav Ganguly as head coach and Keshav Maharaj as captain for the new season.

Four Saturday double-headers are scheduled on 23 January, 30 January, 6 February, and 13 February 2027.

Playoff matches include Qualifier 1 at Boland Park in Paarl on 16 February, the Eliminator and Qualifier 2 at the Wanderers in Johannesburg on 17 and 19 February.
