A Level-I fire broke out at a commercial premises on Charkop Road in Kandivali West on Wednesday.
The fire destroyed office furniture, records, computer accessories, electrical installations, and stored materials across 5,000 sq ft.
The Mumbai Fire Brigade extinguished the blaze after over three hours of firefighting.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
