Rainbow fire spreads over 50 acres, evacuations ordered

A brush fire on Rainbow Crest in San Diego County, California, has spread over 50 acres.

Level 3 evacuation warnings are issued for areas east of Rainbow Crest, from Gomez Creek to a few miles east of it.

Level 2 evacuation warnings cover areas west of the 300 Block of Rainbow Crest, including Huntley Road, Moonridge Road, and west to Matt Road.

The fire is moving east at a moderate rate of speed with multiple engines responding, according to Watch Duty.
