Ramayana trailer postponed, Hollywood giant to distribute

Ramayana trailer postponed hours before release after producer Namit Malhotra announced a partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment for international distribution.

The trailer was originally set to launch on July 24, 2026 at 8 AM, coinciding with the film's panel at San Diego Comic Con.

Namit Malhotra stated the trailer will be released globally at a later date due to the new distribution deal.

The deal will allow Ramayana to be shown worldwide like a major Hollywood film, per Malhotra.
