Mohali MC hikes charges for limit certificates, NOCs

Mohali municipal corporation (MC) approved a revised fee structure for limit certificates and NOCs.

Limit certificates now have an additional processing fee: ₹500 for residential properties, ₹1,000 for non-residential up to 250 sq yards, and ₹2,000 for larger properties.

NOC charges for subdivision, amalgamation, and regularisation are set at ₹1,000 for residential, ₹1,500 for non-residential up to 250 sq yards, and ₹2,000 for larger properties.

The existing ₹200 certificate fee for limit certificates remains unchanged.

The revised charges aim to recover administrative costs and improve service delivery.
