Tiger Memon family’s 3 properties to be auctioned on Tuesday

  1. Three properties of fugitive gangster Tiger Memon’s family will be auctioned on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, by the union government under SAFEMA, 1976.

  2. The properties include a 751-sqft flat in Al-Hussaini Society, Mahim (reserve price ₹1.90 crore); a 560-sqft shop in Mahim that was Tiger Memon’s electronic shop (reserve price ₹2.05 crore); and a 970-sqft apartment in Meena Mahal, Bandra West (reserve price ₹5.25 crore).

  3. Outstanding dues—₹19.47 lakh for the Al-Hussaini flat and ₹37.06 lakh for the shop as of early 2026—must be paid by the buyer, and the apartment in Bandra has ₹34,000 in dues.

  4. Interested parties must submit bids and deposit by Monday, July 27, and the e-auction will be held on July 28.
