Seven Arrested, Including Shooters, In Attempted Murder Of Vasai Industrialist Mohan Parmar

Seven people, including the two alleged shooters Sujeet Pandey and Manoj Thathera, were arrested in connection with the attempted murder of Vasai industrialist Mohan Parmar.

The arrest was made by the Waliv Police Detection Branch with assistance from the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) in a joint operation.

The attack occurred outside Parmar's company, where two masked assailants confirmed his identity and fired at him after he tried to push away the pistol.

Police found that accused Sagar Girish Bhanushali and Mohan Parmar were partners in GSM Foils Limited, and Bhanushali allegedly suffered heavy financial losses in the U.S. stock market, prompting him to persuade Parmar to sell his shares.

Investigation into the motive and broader conspiracy is ongoing.
