'I support students': Santy Sharma launches 'Reservation Hatao – August Kranti' amid CJP row

Rapper Santy Sharma launched the 'Reservation Hatao – August Kranti' campaign at a press conference in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The campaign aims to encourage public discussion on reservation-related issues, starting on social media before expanding to other online platforms.

Sharma stated his support for students but opposed the 'politicisation' of student protests and alleged some demonstrators were not students.

Actor Puneet Vasishtha, who appeared on Bigg Boss, attended the event and supported the initiative.

Sharma announced a dedicated Instagram page for the campaign would be launched soon.
