Mukesh Bansal’s Nurix AI acquires enterprise conversational AI company Verloop.io

Nurix AI acquired Verloop.io, an enterprise conversational AI company.

The acquisition adds Verloop.io's chat automation expertise and regional customer base to Nurix's NuPlay voice AI platform.

Nurix AI, founded in 2024 by Mukesh Bansal, builds AI agents for enterprise workflow automation and is backed by General Catalyst, Accel, and Prosus.

Verloop.io was founded in 2015 by Gaurav Singh and handles over 20 million customer interactions monthly in banking, fintech, retail, and telecom.

The deal aims to expand Nurix's conversational AI capabilities across voice and chat for businesses in India and the Middle East.
