Spectrum TV app down for thousands: Users report 'RLP-1035' error code

Thousands of Spectrum TV app users are reporting the 'RLP-1035' error code, preventing access to streaming services.

DownDetector recorded a surge in complaints, with users in Los Angeles, Southern California, Taylorsville NC, Newburgh NY, St. Louis MO, and Columbus OH reporting issues.

Affected users also report inability to access the MySpectrum app, Spectrum website, and customer service lines due to high call volumes.

The cause of the outage remains unclear, and Spectrum has not yet issued an official statement.
