Karnataka’s 17.2 lakh voters from the 2025 rolls lack 2002 data in their submitted forms, constituting 3.1% of forms received.
Notices will be issued to these voters after the draft list is published on August 17, 2026.
The claims and objections phase from August 17 to October 15 will triage flagged forms; not all notified voters must appear in person.
Voters who have permanently shifted from the address on the enumeration form must apply via Form 6 after the draft rolls are published on August 17.
As of July 22, 99.8% of 5.5 crore enumeration forms were distributed, but only 66.3% have been returned and digitised, with Bengaluru trailing at 30% digitisation.
