Raise issues of public interest: UP CM Yogi to lawmakers

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath urged MLAs and MLCs from both ruling party and opposition to raise public interest issues during the monsoon session starting Monday.

He called for healthy and constructive debate to support the state's development and appealed to opposition parties to ensure smooth House functioning.

Yogi spoke at an all-party meeting chaired by UP legislative assembly speaker Satish Mahana at Vidhan Bhavan.

The meeting was convened to seek cooperation from all political parties for smooth conduct of the House, with Yogi requesting no disruptions.

Attendees included Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna, Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey, and others.
