UP vigilance books 5 engineers, contractor in ₹16.69 cr dewatering scam

  4. The case was filed under Sections 120-B and 420 of the IPC and Sections 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

  5. A detailed criminal investigation has been initiated to examine the roles of each accused and financial transactions.
